There are not enough words or thank yous that would ever be enough for Ayesha and Dave Chubb with Wermert Group and Jennifer their assistant! Ayesha and Dave from day 1 were unbelievably professional, called out the things that they saw, were thorough in our tours and made sure we were going to set up for success. This was our first time buying a home and they helped us with referrals for the best lender ever, and the best home inspector we could have ever asked for. It only took us about a month to find our dream home. Ayesha is a bull dog and has some incredible legal knowledge and home knowledge. We always felt overly comfortable and trusting of her and the team to lead us. From start to finish it was less than 3 months and we’re in our forever home! Jessica and her team at the Wemert Group were amazing to work with. Moving from out of state adds a layer of complexity when choosing a new home but Jessica and her team made it simple and easy. I was amazed at how organized everything was and how many houses we were able to view in a single trip. We had an outstanding experience with Wemert and especially our realtor Marli. Marli clearly loves what she does and goes above and beyond what I expected from my realtor time and time again! She communicated clearly and regularly with us always keeping us in the loop. She was also very knowledgable on the market, track other homes for sale, gave us great advice around pricing and positioning, and helped with staging and prepping for open houses, photos etc. Patrice and the entire staff at Wemert were super easy to deal with too!
